Balut

I haven't had balut since 1998! This is a Filipino treat. It is a duck embryo fertilized to 15-18 days. It is boiled. Then you crack it open. Dump salt or vinegar. Drink the juice. Then shell and eat embryo. 
The balut I remember eating were more developed and had more bird and less yolk. 

That was really nice of Romeo my philipino buddy.
