Louisiana and July fun

We went to Louisiana to visit our cousins. It was really fun. We hung out, played spoons, and went to New Orleans Zoo. They have a really neat splash pad.

Here is a lizard of some kind. Excited at seeing the different kinds of people: big, small, short, tall, hairy, and bald.

Birthday fun

For my birthday, we went deep sea fishing. We left on a charter out of the yacht club of Galveston. It was really fun. 

I caught a sand bar shark they are protected so I let it go. It was fun to fight it and reel it in. 

Here is Eli catching a hard nose. He caught about 5 of these. We tossed them back. We coulda used them as bait. 

Dee caught a shark that we kept.
